HINTS AND TIPS FOR HANGING TREE ORNAMENTS
HANGING YOUR ORNAMENTS SECURELY
Always hang your ornaments on a part of the tree where it won’t easily fall off. If you’re using an official Halloweenmas tree, use the branch twigs that are pointing upwards or have a twig that prevents the bauble from sliding off the branch.
If using a traditional tinsel tree, ensure the ornament is at least 2-3 cm down the branch and not hanging right on the edge.
You can add lights to your Halloweenmas tree. We recommend string lights with black cord, so that it doesn’t show up too much against the black tree.
A wire cord is even better as it means you can wrap the wire around the branches. We recommend doing this before you put the ornaments on.
FACING THE RIGHT WAY
With any free-hanging ornament, gravity is going to pull it in a certain direction. If you have an ornament that stubbornly won’t face forward, wait until it stops twisting and turning, carefully take it off and turn the string around – in theory it should settle in the same position as before, but facing the other way (the right way!).
